kangana Ranaut / Raut has a wierd dress sense.... Now am sure most of you already know that she designs her own dresses in all her movies.
But I cant understand the need for this kinda clothing unless it a part in a movie and she is posing wearing the clothes of the character in the movie. What say folks????
