Antara Mali - fitness regime - part 2

I don't watch my diet. I eat anything. I try and eat healthy food, that's about it.

Breakfast for me is a big meal. I believe in heavy breakfasts because I need the strength during the day.

I have toast and two eggs and porridge or milk.

I love tea and can have it even at midnight.

Dinner is light. Some dal, chawal, sabzi, because I have eaten at least three meals by then.

I have a minimum of four meals a day, and a maximum of seven. It just depends on what I am doing.

I don't like ghee, but I love chocolates.

I love gulab jamuns and eat at least two every day -- the sugar ones, not the syrup ones.

You can eat as much as you want as long as you burn it.
